The Opportunity – Quality Improvement Coordinator

Permanent Part Time Position – 0.6 FTE- 46.5 Biweekly Hours

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.

The Quality Improvement Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Care (EDOC) and is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement projects, processes, and procedures that build and maintain a culture of person centered care and evidence informed practice in the organization. They will support organizational planning and quality improvement efforts by carrying out an ongoing practice of environmental scanning, gathering statistical information, analyzing trends and assessing their implications, identifying options and recommendations and communicating progress.

Consider applying if you are a RN, BScN, or have a university degree in a health discipline or social sciences. A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated project management experience. Experience in the continuing care sector is strongly preferred.
