The Opportunity
Temporary Full Time – 77.5 Hours Biweekly
Position End Date: TBD
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Accommodations, the Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing process for prospective tenants to maximize occupancy. The Leasing Manager will direct their efforts towards creating strategic marketing plans while achieving and sustaining full occupancy rates and supporting new tenants and their families in a smooth transition to Prince of Peace. The Leasing Manager provides input into suite renovations as required.
The Leasing Manager works together with Accommodations Manager to foster the well being of tenants while ensuring that tenants are actively engaged and participating in wellness and lifestyle programs and attending events that suit their individual interests and needs.
Consider applying if you have a current valid driver’s license and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a leasing agent or five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in sales and marking. Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
