The Opportunity
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time
FTE: 0.50 FTE
Bi-Weekly Hours: 38.75
Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.08-$26.42
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Scheduler is responsible for coordinating employee schedules, managing resident care plan updates, and providing administrative support. This role involves managing daily scheduling, maintaining resident charts, and ensuring that all necessary administrative tasks are performed in a timely and organized manner.
Consider applying if you have a Medical Office Assistant Certificate, can read, write, and speak English effectively, and have strong customer service and staffing scheduler skills.
